Remember when you do not attend a meeting you have agreed to, you are also inconveniencing and putting another person out of pocket by making work for us in rearranging the whole matter or having to cancel with that person and arranging refund/credit for them too. Therefore if there are no compelling and exceptional reasons you could be subjected to a fine or sanctions which are again, at the discretion of the Directors.
